What we collect and why

We may collect your name, contact details, business details and information about your tax debt and finances when you contact us. We use it to respond to your enquiry, assess finance options and, with your consent, share it with lenders or other parties involved in a loan application.

How the website handles enquiries

When you consent and send the form, your name, email, optional phone number, approximate debt range and message are sent to our server and saved in Google Sheets. Brevo processes team notification emails and your enquiry confirmation. The record also includes the submission time, consent version, form, referring page and any campaign parameters present in the page URL. These services process your information to help us respond to your enquiry; this is not a formal loan application.

Do not include tax file numbers, identity documents, passwords or bank account details. The form shows a confirmation only after storage is acknowledged. If online enquiries are not configured, the form will explain that it could not send your enquiry. The operator must confirm the full privacy policy and retention arrangements before launch.
